Omega Plumbing

Today we had Omega install a new sump pump. A few weeks ago we had them install a new water softener/filter system. In each case the quality and workmanship were outstanding. The technician, Colin E., was courteous, friendly and efficient. In particular, the piping for the water softener/filter system is a work of art. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Omega for all of your plumbing needs.

Had a sump pump replaced. Had an appointment and they called to offer me a time a day earlier! John came out and was very friendly and offered me some suggestions. Job was completed quickly and explained everything. John also asked if there were any other issues before he left. Highly recommend Omega and John.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. While the technician was prompt, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I reported a significant amount of water that I had to clean up, yet the technician dismissed it as possible backsplash from a shower—which doesn’t seem plausible given how much water was involved. No active leak was found, and I was told to simply monitor the situation and call again if it happens. That leaves me feeling uncertain and anxious about potential further damage, with no clear resolution. I do want to note that Bob, the owner, was very professional and helpful when he came by the night before. I’m grateful that he took the time to personally shut off the water and assess the situation. However, I’m confused by the conflicting opinions—Bob believed the leak was coming from the shower, but the technician said there are no leaks at all. It feels like I may end up paying multiple times for the same issue without a definitive diagnosis. Additionally, I wasn’t given any guidance on what might be causing the leak or what type of professional I should contact if it’s not within this company’s scope of work. That kind of direction would have been very helpful. I’m sure this is a reputable company—I chose them based on strong recommendations from a local moms group, and I’ve also used them for my business. But unfortunately, this particular experience fell short of expectations.

John was absolutely amazing! He explained every thing he was going to do to as far as fixing our toilet and he even told us ways to prevent it. He was kind, informative and hardworking! This company alone gets 5 stars, but with John definitely 10 stars! Will be using you all again.
