We put in a new kitchen sink, but it’s deeper than the original, so the plumbing did not work. We called Saturday night, August 9, and Gene was here the next day. He cut down the existing drain pipes to fit the new sink, added new p-traps, had to add different mounts underneath the sink, and caulked the sink. Gene is such a nice guy, very respectful, and did amazing work! Thank you so much for getting us back in working order.

We had two unrelated after-hours plumbing emergencies within a few months of each other. Cody responded to both calls. He was prompt, professional, and kept us informed throughout the assessment and repair process. There were no surprises and no attempts to sell us anything we didn’t need. We appreciated the quick and courteous service!

Gene provided great service with the emergency drainage problem that needed immediate attention. He provided direction on how to prevent the issue in the future and check a few other items to ensure no issues would pop up later. Good job Gene!

We had a perfect experience today! Gene was early phoned ahead, very clear with what was needed and the cost. He was patient with me as he explained what was needed he laid down a tarp to protect my carpet and cleaned up and all within a timely manner, and it was the perfect person for the job.

Mr. Sexton came out on a Sunday and was very professional and he discovered the problem within a short period of time! We purchased drain cleaner also! He was very polite and courteous! We will definitely call Mr. Rooter Company in the future when we need plumbing services. Thank you again Stephanie
