Our main sewer line completely collapsed, leaving us without plumbing services for 5 days - not exactly the situation you want to find yourself in. Thankfully, Olson Plumbing came to our rescue. Emelio, Owen, and Colton were absolutely incredible throughout this whole ordeal. These guys worked tirelessly to get our home back up and running. What impressed me most was their communication - they kept us informed every step of the way about what they were doing and how long things would take. The professionalism was top-notch. Despite working on a messy sewer line collapse, they kept everything as clean as possible and treated our home with respect. The quality of their work speaks for itself - everything is running perfectly now. When you're dealing with a major plumbing emergency, you want a team that's reliable, skilled, and caring. Found a awful leak coming from a pipe connected to our water heater just after midnight. I called and was told I’d be getting a call from a tech asap. Tyler called me and was able to help me over the phone. He was amazing and was talking to me like he could see all of the same pipes and valves that I was looking at. Once the water stopped shooting out of the pipe, he explained that someone still needed to come out, explained why and what the price would be, and said Chase was on the way. Chase showed up, got to work, and fixed the leak in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, honest, and hard working. All of this in the middle of the night on July 4. Thank you Tyler, Chase, and Olson Plumbing and Heating! You guys are now on speed dial!

When a tree fell down during a windstorm on our Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort property and caused a gas leak, city officials said we needed a big company to come if we hoped to get it fixed right away and not have to close and relocate 22 guest rooms. Our old friends at Olson came top of mind and the City agreed the right company for the job. Between their son at Pikes Peak Forestry who got the tree cleared right away and OLSON's quick response and work we were able get the gas line fixed by afternoon and everyone was safe and we were able to stay in business. Great company. Awesome owners. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service—Brett was outstanding! I had an issue with my HVAC system that took a couple of visits to resolve, but I’m so glad Brett was the technician who came out the second time. He arrived early, was incredibly professional and respectful, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process. Brett spent several hours diagnosing and fixing the problem thoroughly—and in doing so, he saved me $700 on a part I was previously told I’d need, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely kind and transparent. I highly recommend this company—especially if you can request Brett!

I had a plugged line that caused my toilet to leak from the base on a Saturday afternoon. I called several "24/7" plumbers and kept getting told they didn't have anyone available until Monday. I called Olson Plumbing & Heating and they said they could help. Approximately 1 hour later the technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly, fast, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The pricing was also fair for being a weekend emergency. I highly recommend them!!!!!
