This family owned business is exactly what El Paso needs. My parents 20 year old water heater had been leaking for some time until water appeared from the baseboards. We tried shutting off the water but the valve was stuck open. I immediately googled East El Paso Plumbers and Oasis Plumbing showed up, I called and someone picked up immediately because it was business hours. After relaying the scenario, they said that they were on a job and would get back to me with a time. They did shortly after and said that they could come right now! They showed up and got to work on draining the system, removing the heater, and connecting the water lines so my parents would still have water. We made all the necessary repairs to the heater closet, and called them back for the installation of a new heater. They scheduled us for the next day and showed up on time with everything needed for the job! They are a professional, courteous, knowledgeable team. I am grateful to them for their timely service and expertise. They exceeded all expectations and I am saving their number to give out to anyone that I know with plumbing issues. Thank you for getting my parents hot water again!

My sister and I hired oasis to fix two leaks and a few minor adjustments in two restrooms, kitchen and an outside faucet. They charged us $355 and left us with two new leaks. We called them back and they claimed that there was no leaks. We had no choice but to call real plumbing experts. They fixed the leaks. One of them said, "I see want the problem is...unless he meant to do that." That statement did not sit well with me, it just goes to show you that oasis had no intention of fixing what they did wrong. Thank you, to my brother Martin who tried to help us point out that people we hire shouldn't take advantage of us just because they can.

Installed new garbage disposal, replaced drain and drain pipe. Oasis have been my "go to plumbers" for a few years now. Always reasonable, polite and clean! I trust their work. Thanks for being there when I need you!
