I am very happy with Olsen plumbing. I have had them in my home twice. Their work is great, they are down to earth and explained things well for me so I could care for my utility room drain. I have used Oasen plumbing twice, now. I really appreciate how responsive they were, and how quickly they fit me in their schedule. I have a unique set up for my water heater requiring an unusual size. They went above and beyond to find me the correct one on the same day they came to inspect the problem. Just this week, I had a garbage disposal problem, called, and the very next day, before 10AM, it was all fixed. Very kind, very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Needed to replace our water heater and decided to bundle in a new water softener since all units were very old. Found nothing but exceptional professionalism and the kind of attitude that comforts the anxiety of any homeowner. I would go to them 9 times out of 10 moving forward. It's comforting to know there is a quality plumber right in the neighborhood.

My hot water heater was only 4 years old and Ken came to see if it could be repaired. It needed to be replaced and Oasen had it replaced with a quality hot water heater the same day. And quality workmanship. I thought the price was a little high.

We have used and relied on Oasen Plumbing for years. Recently in the cold spell we had a frozen kitchen drain that we couldn't get opened and called Oasen. Jim made a special effort to come the next day and although he couldn't open the drain with his snake because of thick ice, he stayed and used a space heater until it thawed and got the drain opened. He really saved us lots of trouble and stuck with the problem until fixed. I would recommend Oasen without hesitation. They are great.
