Called on Saturday morning of Memorial day weekend and they scheduled me between 8:00-11:00 on the coming Tuesday. They arrived closer to 11:00 am. Greg and the other guy were polite and worked hard the whole time and were efficient. It appears they did a good job with the new install. I was pleased when I saw that they replaced the old April Air pipe tap with a real valve. I never liked that pipe tap because it looked like it could leak. Hot water is working again and the new tank has a 10 year warranty. Price was in range with other quotes but the 24 hour reception and scheduling was better than most, price quote was straight forward, the 10 year warranty, and the good service made it worth a bit more. I would recommend Action plumbing. I'm a happy customer.

Ethan came out and took great care of our plumbing. He was fast and efficient and thoroughly explained everything that he needed to do, and why. I have already recommended him to my neighbor!

Having your faucet break before hosting a party and on a weekend is stressful! Luckily, Action Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning were recommended to my husband. I had a late night failure of my 25 year old sump pump during a heavy rain. I tried fixing it myself but it absolutely needed to be replaced and with how fast water was coming in I couldn't wait. I contacted Action around 11:30pm and they picked up right away and had Ryan S sent over in less than an hour after he finished up with another job. They went through their pricing and were very upfront with everything. Ryan arrived and got right to work. He probably replaced the pump in less than half an hour and gave me some helpful tips while working and answered all of my questions showing his knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend Action and Ryan for any emergency plumbing needs!

Sean and 2 other guys spent nearly 8 hours replacing a 33 year old AC unit and 17 year old furnace (that had been troublesome) with a new Lennox heat pump and furnace combo. The heat pump is quiet and fits where the old AC was located. The furnace and heat exchanger coil are actually slightly smaller than the old unit. Lots of new PVC, sheet metal work and flexible gas lines were needed to connect everything together. Everything cleaned up and a new thermostat finished the job. Just in time for the 88 degree day today after 10 days with only a couple fans in the house. Could not be happier and now have 10 years of parts and labor warranty.
