Very prompt service for no AC service call during a brutal hot spell, and next day install of new furnace and AC and water heater all elected by me, never pushed on me. Plumbers were in and out and did a good job on the water heater, but Jacob B and his partner really deserve accolades for their hard work and professionalism. They busted it in my sweltering house to get the job done and I couldn't be more impressed and appreciative. I spent several years in the trades and have mad respect for these guys in particular and Black-Haak in general. Thanks!

They were quick to respond to our call. Worked quickly to get the job done. They were very efficient. Also gave us updates on price changes if anything additional had come up that was unexpected. I would 100% recommend!

I've been impressed by them for several years of using them to service and replace our furnace and AC unit. The company has good systems and service, and the technicians have all been kind and helpful, if not even funny. Had Johnny most recently when our AC went out and they were through and quick. Also reasonably priced. Would recommend them.

This was just over a year ago..I just want to let people know stay as far away from Black-Haaks electrical department as you can. Not only did they leave a MASSIVE hole on the outside of my house. They also pounded their ground rod straight through my plumbing main going out to the sewer. They did come and fix these issues, but as someone who use to do hvac in the field work like this would never pass. Oh and they never came back to label my panel. Thanks Black-Haak!

Regardless of sometimes having to pay a little bit more, this company and these techs are just completely amazing. I have never been dissatisfied with their work and they always go above and beyond to work with customers and help them out getting what they need done. I currently have a new AC unit being installed by an amazing team, including Evan And I would never call anybody else. Black Haak is amazing.
