Outstanding Plumbing Service - Robert Exceeded Expectations! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had Robert from Oakley Plumbing come out to my home in Jacksonville, Florida, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Robert did an absolutely amazing job from the moment he arrived. What set Robert apart was his thoroughness - he took the time to properly diagnose the issue and explain everything he was doing along the way. He was incredibly helpful in recommending different options for addressing the problem, making sure I understood the pros and cons of each approach so I could make an informed decision. Most importantly, Robert completely solved the problem I had called him out for. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. Robert’s professionalism and knowledge make him a real asset to Oakley Plumbing. Keith with Oakley Plumbing did a great job installing all our fixtures with detailed perfection and provided useful tips to made sure I knew how the items worked for cleaning when necessary. Such an awesome company! Friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and quick. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Keith followed up with me on everything and it was refreshing and comforting to know he was handling everything. AHS did not order my hot water tank like they were supposed to but Keith handled it and got it expedite. They were out the next day to install! Will recommend this company to everyone I know. I'd been struggling with hot water not coming out of my shower head consistently and I'd been through two other plumbers who couldn't resolve the issue. Keith was able to resolve the issue very quickly and explained to me in detail what was wrong and how he fixed it. Very awesome, helpful, and respectful. Highly reccomend!

I highly recommend Oakley Plumbing! They are a solid 10+/10! We've had them out a couple of times now to fix various issues we've had with our plumbing and water. This last time we had them out, it started out with issues with water pressure and our pump wasn't acting right. They worked tirelessly (even during pouring rain and storms), troubleshooting, replacing parts starting with the least expensive fixes to eventually replacing the the whole system, but kept the costs reasonable. I can't thank you all enough for all your hard work.... you guys rock!
