When our elm tree roots clogged up our pipe, NDI was able to come out within 24 hours. The clog was so big that they had to go get a longer, more powerful tool and were able to take care of it SAME DAY! It made me feel like they were a close family friend, just making sure they made my family's life carry on with flowing ease!

We recently had NDI Pluming & Mechanical here to repair a filter grate (vent) in the ceiling which was damaged. Austin was the technician who was assigned to the job. He immediately saw what the problem was and was able to make the replacement and repairs needed after he ordered the part(s). On both visits, Austin was professional, courteous yet personable. He did a great job and corrected the problem(s). I would definitely recommend this operation based on this employee's performance!
