I highly recommend this company, their staff member, Abigail, right from the start exemplified excellent customer service! We were lucky to meet technician, Lucas Seacord. He fixed our kitchen sink line. He was highly efficient and knowledgeable! I would give him 5+ star rating if I could. If you need a job well done, do not hesitate to call Mr.Rooter Plumbing. Brent did an amazing job getting my line cleared. He presented me with multiple options and even contact the city for me. The city came out and scoped the line the next day, and after I contacting the city they have it on the schedule to get the sewer line cleaned next week. Very professional and on time would highly recommend.

I came back from California and noticed A dripping sound coming from the basement room under the kitchen. I discovered a crack in my steel drain pipe. I called Mr rooter and they sent Lucas out to me. Lucas was extremely professional all the way through the process. Kept me informed every step of the way. Lucas was extremely polite and professional. He actually got me able to at least use my kitchen sink that night and assured me that he would be back first thing the next day to complete his work. And he was!!!! I have always received great workmanship from Mr Rooter and this experience is spot on great!!! I will definitely ask for Lucas if/when I need any plumbing service. This was our first experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Wichita. I'm confident it will not be our last. Lucas, the technician who helped us out, was personable, good spirited and polite...while demonstrating a professional and experienced level of confidence. While no one looks forward to the need for a plumber, we were glad that Lucas was the one who arrived. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon, hoping for a Saturday appointment. They were able to schedule us for Saturday morning and, as their schedule resolved itself, let us know in advance when Lucas would arrive. My husband and I called in the morning to have our drain unclogged and get a quote on installation for a shower head. Lucas arrived maybe an hour later and was able to get everything done!
