I had really great experience with this company, as I had a plumbing emergency that my main drain was clogged. I Had another company come out that sent out 3 different techs that could not fix the problem and had poor internal and external communication. I called Mr Rooter and they were at my home within the hour on a Sunday. The tech, Fernando, was very nice and courteous, he fixed the problem within an hour. He had all the tools necessary for the job and cleaned up the area. I'm in real estate and its hard to find a company that shows up, has good communication, and gets the job done for a reasonable price.

I had an emergent Septic system issue that put me out of my home. I contacted Mr. Rooter after another company who I had scheduled an appointment with for the same day failed to show. Cameron came out that afternoon along with another technician. My issue turned out to be several possible problems. Along with their supervisor Joe, they took a systematic approach to determining the exact issue instead of randomly replacing parts. The problems were diagnosed, parts ordered and installed the next day. Since my issue was two fold, the balance of the work was completed the following day. Cameron was a wealth of knowledge and with his recommendations we now know more about our system and how to maintain it in the future. Joe the supervisor was extremely accommodating and worked with Cameron to expedite things to resolve our issues and get us back in our home. Needless to say, Mr. Rooter will now handle all my plumbing problems. They were very easy to deal with and communicated with us very well through the whole process. Not sure if they were the cheapest as our issue was going to be costly regardless. Their high skill level, professionalism, exceptional customer service and attention to detail was well worth the cost.

Mr. Rooter is the right company for complex plumbing jobs. Mario and his crew (Oscar, Eduardo) did an awesome job in replacing 30 feet of sewer drain pipe under my home’s slab. Mario recommended pipe bursting to minimize the disruption. Ken, the pipe-bursting expert, also did an amazing job of operating the sophisticated equipment that pulls a new pipe in the old cracked pipe. All of them were professional, and kept my home floors and walls from getting damaged, dirty or dusty. Having a broken sewer line under the slab is one of the hardest things to have to deal with for me and my family but Mario explained with patience (as I am a very inquisitive client) all aspects of the job and gave me the confidence that he knew what they were doing and they sure delivered.

Mario and his crew were top notch!! They replaced an entire 70 year old drain system in my house within a week! I had full ceramic and Saltillo tile throughout the house and they did the least amount of demo they could to make the rebuild process go even smoother. Mario was extremely honest , professional and hardworking. I would’ve responded earlier but we had some losses in our family that needed my attention. With that being said, if you need help in an emergency or have a plumbing issue. These guys will definitely take care of it for you, so you can take care of your family. That is priceless! Great Customer Service from Cameron & Joe. They were quick to respond and had a tech come out the same day to provide a quote for service. Very transparent in pricing and gave our business a few options to choose from. Within 7 days from our initial call, they were on site providing service (Clear 3 Storm Drains, Mr. Rooter High Velocity Trailer Hydro Scrub). Very satisfied with the service provided and have set a yearly service schedule!
