I had a very large and complicated job. Luke and his crew did an amazing job!! I feel like he takes great pride in his work and he is trustworthy. This can sometimes be difficult to find these days. I appreciate all that they did!! I would definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs and would highly recommend them!

Mr Rooter guys showed up on time, we’re very courteous, professional and FAST!! The defective pond pump was replaced, tested and working within a very short time. AND they cleaned up the old pump so I can take it to a rebuild shop for repairs. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Mr Rooter! I would highly recommend you give them a call.

I contacted Mr. Rooter for some standard plumbing repair, but I was shocked by the price. The quote seemed much higher than expected (2.8K). While the job was completed, I feel that the pricing was unreasonable given the complexity of the task. I would recommend getting multiple quotes before choosing this service provider.

Came within an hour of our call for help! Both of the workers were Very professional, personable and efficient. Finished the job in less than an hour. Found a couple of plugs in the drain line 20-30 feet away from sink. 3 days later the kitchen sink drain is working better than it has in months. Will definitely use them in the future if we have any other drain problems.

Luke was extremely professional and efficient. I really appreciated his advice and ability to diagnose the problem! Moreover he was eager to fix the problems and knew what he was doing! I’ve used other plumbing companies before that just didn’t seem interested in finding or fixing the problem. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I’ll definitely call Mr. Rooter!
