From the initial contact (the scheduler), to the timely text messages reminding me of the upcoming appointment, to the interaction with the plumber, the communication level was awesome. Chuck was great to work with! He quickly identified the problems, explained the remedy and cost and then quickly solved the issues. I highly recommend Chuck and Mr. Rooter!

I had a drain that had to be snaked and another provider came over during the weekend to do the work. He also provided an estimate on some additional work - I had a "water hammer" that sounded like my basement was going to blow. Mr. Rooter called Monday to follow up on my call for the drain and I asked if they could come and check out the other issue to give an estimate. Jake came out and was amazing! Very knowledgeable, he had great communication and was very transparent. He provided my options and a realistic timeframe I would have before serious problems would occur. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism so I went forward. The other company did not follow up and they were off on the problem.

Jake installed gas piping for my new pool heater. After trying for hours, he was unable to dig the 60' trench by hand, and rented a machine to do it. He was tenacious, courteous and worked hard to get a proper installation to my satisfaction.

I live in lawrence and they had a plumber who also lives here, they sent a reasonable estimate for a relatively small job so I accepted. He got here perfectly on time, was finished in under an hour, and didn't go a penny over the estimate. 10/10 quick, friendly, and professional service.
