Andy's Pipe Dream plumbing was referred by another business. They were called due to a spigot line leaking inside the house. On calling them late in the afternoon they were very forthcoming about needing to charge because the plumber would not show up until after 5:00 pm. When Ryan Hill showed up about 5:30, he was very personable. He worked quickly and efficiently. Ryan was an experienced plumber. He had options available after assessing the situation and allowed for modifications per my request. He was done within an hour. It was great.

I recently requested a quote from Andy’s Pipe Dream, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism and service I received. Ryan Hill was assigned to our request and came to our home for the evaluation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived late, but Ryan was incredibly patient and understanding. After confirming with his office that he had no other appointments for the day, he kindly reassured me that he was happy to wait. When I arrived, Ryan greeted me with friendliness and professionalism. More importantly, he demonstrated deep knowledge and took the time to walk me through several options, providing thoughtful advice and going above and beyond what I expected. I was especially surprised to learn that this high-quality consultation was completely free of charge. While we’ve decided to hold off on the service for now since it’s not urgent, we will absolutely reach out to Andy’s Pipe Dream when the time comes—and we would be thrilled to work with Ryan again!

After finding wet carpet in our basement storage area, we were SO happy that Andy’s Dream was able to come out just a few hours after calling them. Our insurance could not get anyone to our house in a timely manner. Russ and assistant Emily were easy to work with. The problem with our sump pump was assessed quickly while educating what happened and how it should work properly. The sump pump was replaced and Russ and Emily were calming professions. Thank you for sending THEM!!

I have had other plumbers n the past. Going forward it will only be Andy’s Pipe Dream. Not only was the price more than reasonable, but gives senior discount. Ryan Hill has done work for me twice, clean cut, very nice. Gets the work done in a manner of time. Leaves no mess. Thank you for showing me what needed to be done and the estimate before the work is done. I definitely would recommend this company and Ryan.
