Tried & True Plumbing KC

A week ago I discovered my hot water heater had sprung a leak. It had outlived its normal 8 to 12 year life expectancy and I knew I had to get something done right away. A friend recommended Tried & True Plumbing. I called them the next morning to schedule them to come out. They called me back later that morning and said they had finished another job sooner and they would be coming out earlier than planned that afternoon. That earned points already and they hadn’t even been out yet! The gentleman who came out was Alex and was very courteous and gave me an exact estimate before beginning the job. He returned in about an hour with everything he needed to complete the job. After Alex was finished I came downstairs to inspect the new water heater. I have never seen such a professional plumbing installation. It was even better than I have seen in a lot of new homes. I was truly impressed. After Alex was finished, he completely cleaned up the area he was working, and as he was leaving with the old hot water heater, he even wiped up a few spots of water left behind. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give him 10 stars if it was possible.

After finally finding a smaller company to come to my area Alex was very helpful and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be calling again with any help in the future Update- thank you Keith! Look forward to the work getting done next week. And Maria is very pleasant to work with. Love the knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism of everyone I have worked with so far. Had Tried and True plumbing out twice. They are punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and have fair pricing. They helped me with both my new gas stove and dishwasher installs. Would definitely recommend.
