Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbus

It all started off good. First technician was friendly and got another technician scheduled to get a camera out for my downspout drains. Turned out my drains were clogged, sunk and broken. Got a quote and a date. Everything was going smoothly. Guys came out we talked about everything agreed on a price, which seemed high, but the job needed to be done. We talked about digging around my irrigation system and they said it would be no problem and if they cut or broke any lines they would fix it. First day they unhooked a few sprinkler heads, accidentally cut another one, all good they would fix it. Next day they came out to finish the other side and we talked about 1 irrigation line going over where they were to dig. Technician said no problem they would hand dog at the spot so they wouldn't damage anything. Well they really wanted to be done that day to get to another job, his words, so they used the machine and yep broke that line. When they finished putting in the new pipes, they barely leveled the dirt. I found one pipe not even buried in the ground and all the irrigation is still broken. He said the manager would be out the following week to fix everything. I still haven't received any paperwork and I have left numerous messages and no one will ever call me back. Not a great customer service company. I would not recommend to anyone. And they hit my neighbor's house with their machine knocking this off the wall onto their car. I noticed the next couple days that my outdoor light doesn't work now either, looks like they cut the electric line going to it as well.

My technician Will was awesome. He was friendly, professional and honest. He didn’t try to over sell the work that needed done or pressure sale me into doing anything extra. He was efficient, helpful and even helped me move furniture back after he was finished. He helped me with the financing application. The service took less time than l expected and he tested everything to make sure it worked to my satisfaction and even gave me a future estimate on another plumbing job at my request. I wish all professionals were as courteous and honest as Will. I definitely recommend Mr. Rooters to anyone needing plumbing, hot water heaters etc serviced or replaced .

Came out the next day and walked us through the entire process. I didn't get additional estimates from other companies since our drain line was leaking and Mr. Rooter had great reviews. I suspect they were a bit more expensive than some other companies, but it was well worth it for their professionalism and the end result. Nate did most of the work and I've not seen a harder worker in a long time.

The technician, Antonio, arrived as expected and after reviewing situation in my bathroom he recommended that I replace my toilet. He explained how I could purchase the toilet on my own from Lowes, he would pick it up, and the install. He was pleasant to deal with, efficient and did a great job. He made certain to clean up after his work and removed everything. I highly recommend him for his expert job.

Our technician, Nathan, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was polite and was intent on making sure all our questions were answered. He instilled in us confidence that we were getting reliable service. He didn't make a mess and rectified our issues. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter and especially Nathan if you have a plumbing issue.
