Mother Modern Plumbing did a phenomenal job for my family. We had a pipe bust on the outside wall that flooded three rooms in are home. I made one phone call and Steven was here in less than one hour and had it fixed and repaired. I was so impressed with the response I asked them for another quote to replace the water heaters in my attic and some other things around the house. He provided a quote and I approved Steven knocked out the extra items on the list while he was here. Today (1-31-25) Matthew Hoy came to install the two water heaters and was very courteous, professional and took the time to explain everything. He did an excellent job. The work is professionally installed and looks great! I highly recommend using Mother Modern Plumbing! I can assure you they will be my to go to plumbing company from now on…

I appreciated how quickly they responded once I reached out—getting an appointment scheduled was straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, my experience showed that they are professional, responsive, and easy to connect with.

I can't recommend Mother of Modern Plumbing enough—especially Josh Dudley, who came out to fix our backyard spigot the day before the 4th of July. He was on time, super friendly, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. Josh walked me through everything he was doing, explained why it needed to be done, and even showed me detailed breakdowns to make sure I understood. He was upfront about pricing from the start—no surprises—and genuinely did everything he could to save me money, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone this honest, thorough, and professional. I’m 100% grateful he was able to help us out on short notice, and I’ll absolutely be using Mother of Modern Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Having moved into a new neighborhood, it is often difficult to find good people to help you with things that need to be fixed. Although our home passed its inspection, we noticed the water was not clear, and in fact, it was very dark in the icemaker tubing. I looked on our neighborhood FB page and Mother Modern Plumbing was highly recommend. I called them and was very surprised that they could come out on the same day. After an inspection, Tyler, a Master Plumber, told us we had a rusted, old water heater that needed a pan, and stand updating, also. We were quoted a competitive price, and to my astonishment, the water heater was installed by evening. Melvin arrived to accomplish this task. Tyler also repaired some other minor plumbing issues. I am so glad I also paid for the yearly membership, because we recently had a stopped up line. Tyler cam right out, checked the line, and explained what needed to be done to flush the line. He even sat down and drew some pictures for me!! I am so grateful we have wonderful companies like Mother Modern Plumbing with such caring, knowledgeable employees. You can trust them to take such good care of you, to explain what needs to be done and to give you options that might exist. You could not find better plumbers!

I had a large leak in my bathroom after replacing the tub drain and called a few plumbers to request a repair estimate. One company quoted me $380 just to test the system. Dustin with Mother Modern called me and explained it would likely be more cost effective to have a water restoration come do an inspection for free before having him come out. We followed his advice and have minor baseboard repairs and were able to fix the leak ourselves. Both Dustin at Mother Modern and the water company he recommended were so kind and honest. He could have easily been dishonest to make a quick buck but he didn't. While I ultimately didn’t hire them for this job, I will certainly be hiring them for future plumbing jobs based on their integrity.
