First time customer, will definitely return. Mikey & Zach were on time, courteous & did an amazing job in my kitchen. They installed my new sink & dishwasher, installed all new piping for both & rerouted another line to install a pot filler. I highly recommend Modern for all of your plumbing needs & definitely can't wait to use my pot filler!!

I hired Modern Plumbing Industries out of the blue, through a Google search because we had an urgent need for a plumber and I’m glad I did. Modern dispatched Wyatt to our home quickly and wow, he was such an incredible worker: diligent, professional and efficient. All you ask when you’re in need of contract work.. I can’t speak highly enough of Wyatt, so I’ll direct my praise to Modern plumbing for having such an incredible plumber as a member of their team. He showed up on time, did a thorough check on the issue at hand and went above and beyond what was required. He finished the job quickly, cleaned all the area where he worked and gave us the bill to pay which I found was fair and they even gave us a slight discount, for which we we’re grateful. It’s been years since we’ve had such incredible service by a contractor… the professionalism, the streamlining of the whole experience, overall it was incredible. Honestly, after this experience, Modern feels like the Apple Co. of plumbing. I wouldn't use anyone else in the future.. They are incredibly fortunate to have Wyatt as team member. Double his salary stat! Anyway, we’ll come back to Modern as soon as require any other plumbing needs. Very thankful for Modern and Wyatt.

Thank you Taylor for proving to us that Modern Plumbing puts the customer first like no other plumbing company in Central Florida! When the toilet install leaked and damaged my family room ceiling, I expected to be pulling teeth to get it properly repaired, and the ceiling repaired, textured and painted. I was so wrong. You took care of everything at your cost to our satisfaction and could not have been nicer about it. This has never happened to me before! I have dealt with many other plumbing companies over many years but you are first class in customer service better than all others. Update: I'm adding to my original review. I ended up having to get a full re-pipe several months ago at my house, and I just wanted to add that the plumbers/technicians did a great job. The work was done by Zach, Tyler, Tristan and Issac. Johnny came by to make some modifications afterwards and the drywall was completed by Aron. So far everything has been going well, and I'm very pleased. Everyone at the office was also helpful with answering questions. Their supervisor (I'm sorry can't remember his name), it might have been Taylor. He came by for a site survey prior to starting the job, and was very nice and professional as well. Thanks again I had to get the shut off valve behind my toilet replaced, as well as a pipe behind my washer, and their technician Kurtis did an amazing job. He was very neat, professional, and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend Modern Plumbing and would hire them again if needed. Thank you

While doing a load of laundry, the rinse cycle water backed up into my shower. My toilets suddenly did not flush. I called Modern Plumbing and Caleb from Modern Plumbing was here in literally 1/2 hour. He checked all my lines, found the issues, and had my pipes cleared quickly. Caleb was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I have used Modern Plumbing for previous plumbing challenges, and they have never disappointed. Highly recommend.
