Did a great job. Showed up on time, did what we agreed, no added cost or "we need more money for XYZ" ect. Also, never tried to upsell me on a more expensive system. I would definitely recommend and use again. Quality craftsmanship as well. The sheet metal work was outstanding. I only got a new AC, the furnace in the pic is a few years old and was already here.

I was very impressed by Mission representative, Michael, who came on time and even on Saturday. While the job could not be finished that day, a time the following week was set to complete. I was also impressed with the courtesy and competence of Mission employees. Their initial fee to come to the home is also very reasonable. Well done!

Absolutely great experience. My tech was Austin and another gentleman whose name I do not remember and I apologize. Both of them are absolutely on time and very professional. They knew exactly what to do and got to the point. Very friendly. Tremendous help. I wish I had these guys at my shop! Overall great experience with the company and the text I highly recommend!

Terrell did a great job! He fixed the issue within 30 minutes and explained everything to me. We had the company out previously and the issue was not fully fixed so he did not charge a fee. He was super nice and respectful and will be using them again with any future issues!

I promise, my standards are so low. I rarely do these reviews…but my God what a horrible experience…. Wasted two PTO days trying to get a simple system maintenance (they never came). The first instance was a cancellation on their part (12 hours notice) because they didn’t schedule the service correctly (couldn’t take my PTO back). The second day (today), simply no one appeared. Hilariously, the office told me our appointment would be “prioritized” since they missed our first. When I called the office they let me know that “a lot of our technicians weren’t able to make it in today.” It’s understood that things happen, but there was no call ahead or communication. No text, no email. No discount for the hassle. Was just SOL. Before we could get to the third opportunity to reschedule (they offered me a new appointment 9 days later), I just decided to give someone else a call. Whole episode took 5 weeks. I’ve had a fine experience with them in the past…all HVAC units from there….very clear more recently that they’re uninterested in retaining my business. I’m not special…but, just communicate and follow through with your customers.
