Wow, I am impressed. I called last evening about 5pm to get a bid from Hamilton hvac and the gal that answered the phone said how about tonight at 6pm. I was stunned. The sales person Angel came out and was very professional and explained what needed to happen. He gave me 3 different choices in condensers and showed me everything they would do. I signed a contract, he made a phone call to get me discounts and said, how about tomorrow? I couldn't believe it. Today the 9th of April, the team who also was very professional and punctual got right after it. 3 1/2 hours later everything was complete and looking great. Everyone from the company was kind and professional. If you are on the fence and not sure who to use, we'll here you have it. Read their reviews. Thank you Hamilton Hvac and plumbing.

Do not recommend. Do not recommend. Do not recommend. Choose anyone else First- it’s Friday morning when my kitchen sink stopped draining completely. I called around to get our kitchen sink to drain properly. I got quotes and items from a few other local companies. When I called Hamilton I mentioned what we’d been quoted from other companies and she said, “oh we only charge $80 for a drain cleaning” and they were available from 10-2 I waited through the time period they said they’d come to get a call at 1:16. They said they wanted to make sure I wanted someone to come out because they misquoted the price- it’s actually over $200. They wouldn’t honor the price they quoted me. So I could have had another company come out prior to this(who had better prices than $200), but now it’s 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. If they quoted it wrong, they should honor the price not upcharge over $100 more. Or just leave someone with no time to find a replacement company. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Honestly will be telling anyone who needs any service to choose any other company.

Lance was very knowledgeable and checked a variety of things on this plumbing job. Hamilton had him at my door within 1 hour of calling. No extra charge for Saturday and no service charge for just showing up. Rather expensive but in all other ways extremely satisfied.

Travis is very knowledgeable and an expert in his profession,. He delivered excellent service and put extra effort into fixing the problem efficiently. He was able to complete the job the same day which was such a nice surprise!

Juan was very thorough in all of the checks on our 25 year old system. He pointed out several areas of concern and explained why these areas should be watched. Very helpful on making the decision to repair or replace. Will recommend Hamilton when have the opportunity. Jaun is a great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable.
