Very glad we called Metro Rooter. Donald, our technician, was very professional and did a great job replacing a broken shower valve. He also gave us an amazing recommendation for upgrading our shower trim. The new plate is a big improvement. We only experienced minimal interruption to our water supply. Also, Donald was very careful to clean up the work area. I highly recommend Metro Rooter and would definitely call them again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. From the time he arrived until the time he left, he was attentive to the surroundings. He manipulated the truck in very tight spaces ensuring that he would not damage fencing or sprinklers. He answered questions and gave advice on the maintenance of the system.
