A great company. They were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. The work, a check of our solar hot water system, was done quickly and very efficiently. My stream of questions were answered informatively and politely. The price was reasonable and fair. This is only company I will call for help with our hot water solar system. They were great eight years ago and are still great today.

An alert for our Viessmann boiler (heats the entire house) popped up the day before we were leaving for vacation. Even though MRP was fully booked, Shorty squeezed us in and repaired the issue. Great people, super-responsive and very knowledgeable.

Shorty was very friendly, super knowledgeable and able to resolve the hot water heater issues that two other plumbing companies could not. The other companies provided me with a blanket statement of "it's probably this", billed me and left me with a broken hot water heater. Shorty actually listened to me about the issues I experienced and tested things to confirm the problem. His recommendation fixed the problem and it ended up being a cheaper solution than what the other companies recommended. I would highly recommend Metolius River and Shorty and can attest to their professionalism and trustworthiness.

Had an old solar unit removed and the plumbing updated. The quote came in lower than expected and the work was done fast and efficiently. Will definitely be calling MRP again.
