Had a great experience with their excellent service. They took care of everything, snaked the line, replaced my old bathroom sink and plumbing. Took care of a side issue capping an unused line and made sure I had working shutoff’s. I highly recommend this family owned and ran business.

David and the crew at Medina’s Plumbing have done multiple jobs for us and I feel 100% confident recommending this company to anyone in the Las Cruces area! Call them first and thank me later. But for those that want more details I’ll below. Medina’s Plumbing has done great work for us 3 times now and each time they showed up on-time, stayed until the job was done THE RIGHT WAY and never surprised me with any price changes! Another great quality that inspires confidence is that if you ask David about a job he will give you an honest answer. He has turned down a couple jobs with us because he felt they weren’t necessary yet or it couldn’t be done properly at a reasonable price. This is not a company that will just do anything to make a buck. They have replaced our water heater, repaired a broken water main (after hours emergency) and did our side of a conversion from septic to city sewer. When we had the emergency with our water line David’s guys showed up within the hour and they stayed well into the evening to make sure the job was done correctly. In addition we felt like the fees were very reasonable.

I called Medina's Plumbing after a recommendation by a water damage restoration company. David Medina, owner, said he could come out very quickly, so I made an appointment. David Medina, owner, showed up sixteen minutes early while I was still asleep. I needed the ice maker/water line shut-off valve replaced due to it leaking. David Medina, owner, quoted me $680.00 initially for approximately an hour and a half of work. He then came down to $550.00, which is still outrageous. I had them look at the faucet outside that rotted and broke, and he said he would give me an estimate BEFORE the repairs were completed, but he never did. I was told they would be here for two to four hours, but they were here all day with the water off because they kept leaving to go get parts. Saul Medina did great work from what I can tell. However, he broke my valve box and didn't tell me. After the repairs were done, and I had lost an entire day of work, I was called by Anthony to pay over the phone. I wasn't given an invoice, bill, or receipt, and he said the total was going to be like $980.00 with tax. David Medina, the owner, said he would give me another small discount, but it's still highway robbery for the minor work that was done. I could have done this work myself a lot cheaper but the restoration company insisted I had to hire a plumber. I tried to explain to Anthony the tax rate should be Dona Ana County tax rate NOT city tax rate since I live in county and the work was completed in the county, and Anthony proceeded to yell at me over the phone and change the type of tax he says they charge. Anthony is unprofessional and has poor customer service skills. Anthony refuses to guarantee the work that was done. Saul Medina is a hard worker. I would work with him in the future, but I can not afford to use this plumber.

Our hot water heater needed to be replaced and Medina was there within 45 minutes of my call. They replaced it that very day! I was impressed with the crew and Mr. Medina. They were knowledgeable, kind, polite, and responsive to my concerns and questions. I would definitely use Medina’s Plumbing again!

David Medina and his crew were professional and courteous and did a thorough job (no shortcuts) repairing my Daughter and Son n Law's water and sewer pipe system. Medina's Plumbing also installed brand new toilets, sinks, bath and showers, etc., which left the bathrooms looking amazing. They did everything possible to make sure it was done within a reasonable time. The price was well worth it and offered financing. No runaround, David responded and showed up when needed.
