Scheduling was a snap, they were very friendly and helpful. When an earlier time was available i was called and offered the slot with enough time to be at my home if i wanted it. The gentleman who did the work explained everything he was doing and had to do. Was very direct to ensure i didn't have unfounded expectations of the outcome. Explained what he had done and what to do to ensure the work and improvements would last as long as possible. Cant say enough good about my experience!

We had a carbon monoxide alert at our home, and the fire department responded quickly and helped get the initial readings. Carlos from Maddox Plumbing came shortly after and was able to pinpoint the exact source and safely eliminate it. He was professional, thorough, and kind. The company made it easy to get a quick appointment, and we felt truly taken care of. Highly recommend!

Maddox Plumbing sent a professional plumber. Marty B. arrived on time and wasted no time addressing our plumbing needs. Marty was able to locate the issue and quickly resolved our clog. Once finished replacing the fixture Marty caulked and cleaned up. It was refreshing to see a professional take pride in his work. With Marty as a representative of Maddox Plumbing I will be calling Maddox for all my future plumbing needs.

The plumbing work done at my home was excellent, and the technician was very professional and informative throughout the process. However, I was not made aware of the charges beforehand, and I was surprised by the final cost. It would have been helpful to receive a clear estimate or notification of the pricing, especially since the charges seemed to fluctuate. While I appreciate the quality of the service, better communication regarding costs would have made the experience much smoother.

Excellent and very professional service. Highly recommend Maddox!!! You guys always have excellent services. JD was great and he explained to me what was happening as he was clearing the main drain. That really helped us to convey to our Tenants what not to flush into the sewer lines.
