Another plumbing company had already come out and tried to snake the drain but couldn’t clear it. They told us the old cast-iron pipe was corroded and we’d have to tear up the bathroom floor and replace the P-trap, which they said could end up costing us thousands of dollars. Since our house is about 50 years old, we were almost ready to go ahead with this big job. Luckily, our home warranty sent out a different plumbing company. There was a small delay in scheduling because it was a busy time, but once we got an appointment, Mike the plumber showed up right on time and was ready to work. We explained everything, and Mike asked to try snaking the drain himself. To our surprise, he cleared the blockage in just 20 minutes! Mike was friendly, efficient, and really knew what he was doing. He saved us a lot of money and got our shower working again. We’ll definitely call him again if we need any more plumbing help!
