This company is top notch! From the beginning, the estimator, Rick was very personable and worked with me answering questions about their company and products used in comparison to other companies I received estimates from. He explained things well and when asked about a price difference, was able to get a little lower after talking with management. The technician Zach spent all three days at my home and was very polite and graciously put up with me asking a million questions as they were tackling things. Every day when they finished up, they cleaned the areas they had worked in and everyrhing was nice and tidy. They sent texts before they arrived everyday and were always prompt and here exactly the hours I was told they would be here. Brandon came the last day to do the duct cleaning and sealing and was also a very friendly and polite guy. There were a few others, ( Nick, Scott and Tyler I think) that were all here at different times checking on things and making sure all things were taken care of. All of them were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about getting any heating/ cooling or water heater fixed or replaced. I am VERY pleased with my decision to choose this company for our new systems. Definitely five star company!!!

Had Rick Coleman come out on a Friday to walk the job and provide options. He was very thorough with equipment selection and options. His options met all our needs and while offering upselling options, was not pushy about them. Selected them on the following Monday and install was scheduled for that Thursday. Mike Davis arrived (missed the name of the 2nd install tech, but they were both great) on time, walked the job, and got right into it. Complete furnace/heat pump replacement was done by lunch on the 2nd day. System fired right up and worked great. Had a callback for a minor tweak, but they were on it the second they opened the following Monday and fixed by lunch that day.

Barrie Goshorn was our tech today. He has performed maintenance on our HVAC system previously and we are always happy to see him. He's professional, punctual and efficient. At the end of his servicing he explained what he did and what might be needed (if anything) but just as important, to me, is that he scheduled our next heating system maintenance date while still here. Well done Barrie

Had a fantastic weekend with A&E - Barrie came by on Friday for my winter furnace check up - went above and beyond cleaning the filters which were in need of attention. Super kind and quick. We had a follow up appointment for a full duct work cleaning and Zach and Troy were knowledgeable and took great care of my home while insuring all my ducts and grates where cleaned and returned exactly as they were before! Amazing experience and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

I had previous work done by Honke, and they were always fantastic—reliable, fair, and customer-focused. Unfortunately, since A&E took over, the experience has changed significantly. It now feels like they’re price gouging and nickel-and-diming longtime customers. I reached out for a couple of small repairs and asked for an estimate to add surge protection and an upgraded air purification system to my existing unit (which is only 8 years old). Despite clearly stating that no diagnostic was needed, they insisted on charging a diagnostic fee just to provide an estimate. This is a major shift from how the previous company operated and, in my opinion, not a good sign for customer service or transparency. I’m doing my due diligence, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this company based on the current management and practices.
