Called Vitaliy at Digilent Plumbing with an active leak from an old faucet connection. He personally answered the phone (first green flag!), understood my issue, and said he would be over at the latest the following morning (on a Saturday!) He later reached back out to squeeze me in within a few hours of my initial call. Vitaliy arrived with all needed parts, promptly replaced the worn-out part, and left the area completely clean. Professional, knowledgeable, and A+ customer service. Highly recommend!

Vitaliy replaced three toilets with their inlet valves and a garbage disposal for us. Scheduling was easy and he was punctual. Vitaliy was thorough in inspecting the new appliances before installation, and did a clean, neat job. He was able to work on his own and I just kept out of the way.

I had a leak in the main water feed to our attached apartment. I needed it fixed immediately for my aging parents who live there. After calling 8 plumbers who couldn’t help, I came across Diligent plumbing. They were able to come out same day in my case! Vitaliy was very knowledgeable and had it fixed in under two hours, and the price was fair. Was super happy to get his info on a magnetic card, which is on my water heater for any future plumbing needs. Very pleased!!!

He and his assistant arrived on time, they worked efficiently and were done in a timely manner. More importantly, I am very pleased with the quality of work.
