Josh replaced our old water softener with a new one and did a great job and did it relatively quickly considering he had to leave and get additional parts. He was very cool and professional and took the time to explain things to a plumbing novice like myself. Also, Ruthie in the office was very friendly and helpful when setting everything up with the service.

Master service plumbing is awesome!! In less than an hour the serviceman had the cartridge in my shower replaced and all back together! Awesome young man! Would highly recommend!
