Master Rooter

I highly recommend Master Rooter. I had what I thought was a leak in my wall. Called them at 5am and they sent a tech out within 2 hours. James called and gave me an ETA. He arrived on time, super friendly and respectful. He researched the issue and found it was no issue at all. My suspected leak was the water heater dispensing water from its cycle thru one of the drain pipes.. 4 years in the home and I never heard it before. Feeling super silly I expected a large service fee but wasn't charged at all. Blew me away. These guys are the best. Professional, responsive, honest and clearly have the customer in mind. Integrity is hard to come by these days. Master Rooter will be my first and only call for all my plumbing needs. Thanks guys

We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. Once the claim was in process I called Master Rooter and they came over quickly to assess the damage. Alex, was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect. His team consisted of Roman and Robert they came over and started opening up the walls to see what’s happened. The fixed it like the professionals they are as promptly as they could. These issues sometimes take time so they asked for patience and I had all understanding that “it’s a process”. I definitely wanted it done right. Roman, Robert and Alex were respectful of our home and cleaned up when they needed to. Very friendly and answered questions as they could. I’m so pleased with their work and I will be referring them to my friends and family for as long as I live. They are a prime example of how a company should work together !! We recently had Master Rooter come out to do an install and replace a pump in our basement. It took the Service tech "Oscar" 3 evenings to complete the work (because he didn't bring the proper supplies) and at $1,700 he did not clean up his work (Shavings/old pipe and black fingerprints left behind) AND the following day the joints were leaking. We called Oscar and let him know of the leak and he was "coming right over". By the late afternoon, and several texts back and forth Oscar was not coming, but would be out the following day and he would reach out to us with his schedule. NO CALL/TEXT/SHOW UP. There was supposed to be a 2-year workmanship guarantee (although not on their paperwork ~ per Oscar "it's a state law"). This should be clear and concise on their paperwork. We would not refer this company to others. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Shout out to Master Rooter Plumbing! I messaged Martin Alvarez at 11am to get a quote to fix a leak at our main valve shut-off. He had someone at our home within hours and did it for less than another quote we received. Great customer service provided while supporting one of our neighbors! Thanks, Martin!

Hard to find good trusting help these days it seems, but Master Rooter surprised me. I had a collapsed Main Drain under my house. Ryan was the first one on site to help me understand what needed to happen. His communication was unmatched and every single guy that came to help dig out and replace my drain had a great work ethic and respected my place. The project got done in a timely manner and they helped me work through to cost as I just bought the house. For sure ask for Ryan if you have some plumbing issues. He'll make sure it gets don't right. Appreciate the work guys!
