Terry and Chris and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job with our AC unit install, and put in long hours when it became clear that the new compressor had an issue. Terry had a new replacement unit delivered the next day and he and Chris completed the install. Terry kept us informed through the process, and gave us confidence that we had made the right choice in Master Plumbers Heating Cooling! We highly recommend this team for your HVAC service needs! Super nice and knowledgeable folks!

Technician was nice and showed up on time. But the quote to fix a simple drain line clog was $2800.00. They put too much pressure on selling you the club membership as well. I called a family owned HVAC company and got the repair done for $250.00 Plus they charged $300 for a visit and evaluation!

While it's the one time I don't have any photos I thought the technician Steven did a great job. He was very respectful and detailed with answering questions I had with the system in my home and the company. He even asked me was there anything he could improve on before he left my home. Overall did a good job and im not saying that cause he fix my air conditioner. He seems to be a overall good person. 💯

This company should probably only be used for their plumbing services. They definitely do not seem to be experienced in the HVAC department. They're not just a little overpriced, they charged me double for coolant as compared to what two other companies are charging this week. I give them two stars only because the technician was polite, but definitely not highly trained. I will definitely not call them for any services and the future.
