Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC really looks after their customers. My wife and I have called them out a few times. The first visit was for a major sewer line issue, and they responded quickly, gave us an estimate, and fixed everything fast. They helped us save money by not pushing extra work that wasn’t needed. We’re very happy with the quality of their plumbing repairs and would recommend them to anyone who needs an experienced plumber. Maxwell and the rest of the crew provided fantastic service.

Brent and Ryan from Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC were absolutely fantastic! My water heater stopped working over the weekend, and they managed to replace two old tanks for me by Monday afternoon. Before starting, Brent explained all my options and talked me through the pros and cons of each. Once we picked the best solution, he kept me updated throughout the whole job. I’m really thankful to have found such a trustworthy and reliable plumbing company for all my needs. Five stars!

We looked around before deciding to have Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC install our new hot water heater. What really stood out was how much they wanted to help us. I had never had a water heater put in before, so I had a bunch of questions—some because of things I'd heard from other companies. Christopher answered everything clearly and gave me all the information I needed. When the plumber arrived, things went even smoother. He checked over the unit, noticed that it had a dent from shipping (from a different company, not them!), and he also installed an alarm to warn me if it ever leaked. He even added a new gas shut-off handle, since the old one was tough to use. After everything was set up, the alarm went off one afternoon because of a slow leak at a fitting on top of the tank. Even though it was a holiday and they were closed, Christopher still answered my call. Maxwell, the owner, came out in the freezing weather and tightened everything up, making sure the leak was gone. I’m so happy with their service and won’t use anyone else for plumbing work. Their prices are also very reasonable, and they didn’t charge me anything extra for coming out on a holiday.

We have used Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC before for some basic pipe repairs in our old house. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really stand out in the plumbing business. So, when we had a big problem with our main drain backing up and leaking into the living room, and couldn't use any water, I called them right away. Even though they were busy with other jobs, Maxwell and the team made time for us because it was an emergency and got started quickly. It turned out that two feet of the main drainage pipe was completely broken, and the main house trap was missing. Previous owners had even cemented over the trap, along with some other strange old plumbing issues. Maxwell handled everything without worry, digging up the basement, finding the trap, clearing the blockage, and putting in new pipes. Throughout the whole job, they were understanding and flexible, especially since we had two small kids and nowhere else to go. It was a lot of work, but the price was very fair for everything they did. We are really grateful and won't use any other plumbers in the future.
