Logan A/C & Heat Services sales rep Ryan was awesome. He came prepared with Logan booklet to show what we were purchasing. We had 3 other estimate no booklet or pictures just $$$ We had lots of questions about the warranty, installation, company and products. Ryan was patient in answering. He said I could call him again if I had more questions. Thank Ryan Our installer were Shane, Jason and James. They got busy removing the old equipment. Shane said it would be a long process and it was! We are happy 😊 about our install and the new equipment we purchased 3 Ton A/C with a ⛽️ furnace. Now we are cold with the new thermostat setting on 78 They did great job on the clean up! They were a great team working together. We highly recommend Logan Services for any Hvac system replacement 👌 Thank you!

We were looking for a local, reliable, reputable company to work with on a quote for a much needed new air conditioner and furnace. We read and heard all good things about Logan Services and decided to call. Their customer service including the booking agent has been 100% professional and courteous. The sales pro worked with us on a unit that would be an upgrade and efficient, but one we could afford, get financing for and be able to sell our home with. The installers worked their butts off on the install due to issues with our mechanical closet and space issues (we have a ridiculous 1970 Huber Home not built with efficiency in mind!) and they were determined to get this unit in and to work the way it was sold to us. A team of 3 spent many hours but finished in one day. They were also professional, courteous and cleaned everything up when the job was complete! It’s only been 24 hours but we already can appreciate the improved quiet, and whole house temperatures. The air unit on our back patio is silent not a jet engine!! Both furnace and air are an extreme upgrade. I would recommend Logan Services to anyone. Very professional and local people!

I needed a new AC and decided to go ahead and replace my 20+ year furnace at the same time. I was quoted several options from multiple places but I appreciated Steve Jones honesty and flexibility. He came out on a Sunday and offered me a very detailed quote after a thorough review of my needs. He offered me many options and was even willing to go lower if necessary. I was installed today, and I must say, there were a few nervous moments, (the sounds of work), but in the end I am very pleased. Thanks to Dave, Donnie, and Mike for a quick and seamless installation. They were friendly professionals, who answered all of my questions with a smile. 😊

I had a great experience using Logan Services from start to the finish in replacing both my furnace and air conditioner. The sales representative Mike did great job in recommending the right system for my needs while answering all of my questions. The techs Mike, Kyle and Jake were awesome in explaining the installation process. The kept me informed and answered any questions I had during the installation. They also exceeded my expectations on the installation time. Once completed they cleaned up everything and tested the new system. Then they took the time to walk me through on how to use the new system. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company when you need HVAC services.

The Logan installation team David Simonson & Donnie were excellent. They lay down drop clothes all the way from the front door down the basement stairs, and across the finished basement floor. The entire old system removed & new system install in about 3 hours. The temperature in the house only increased 2 degrees during the install. They were polite, professional and competent. They contained the debris and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. The new system cools better than the old unit. Happy wife, happy life. From the estimate with Michael Toht all the way to completion, I would definitely use Logan Services again.
