Had great experiences with J&A this past week with several items around our home that needed repaired. In particular, their repairmen Cody and Jesse were a huge help and worked on a few of our projects. Cody walked us through the repairs every step of the way and provided great advice and insight. I've already recommended J&A to a friend just this week and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Called J&A about a problem with intermittent power loss on my 2nd floor. Got an appointment for the following day which was a relief to have someone look at the issue so quickly. Trevin arrived on time and showed me how badly the breaker box was with corrosion and underrated breakers along with wear and tear to the outside wiring. I agreed that a replacement was necessary. I was amazed that a service appointment was made for the following day. A crew of 2 arrived on time. Cameron was working on the interior while his partner was doing the exterior wiring. Both were professional and skilled. Also,I asked them to please make sure the door was always closed to the outside since I have indoor cats. They never failed to secure the door. After the work was complete, they explained and showed me what they had done. The breaker box looks so neat and organized now. No more power issues! I would definitely recommend this company. From the office staff who made the appointments to the technicians I had a very good experience.

Chad Politan is the MAN!!! I had a ground water issue at a corporate office I take care of. I contracted J and A Plumbing and Chad never stopped working for 2 days to solve my issue!! I'm struggling with this review because there were good things but also things I wasn't thrilled about. The good: punctual, on time, and efficient. Overall, the plumber was a nice guy and did the work very quickly. The repairs look good and it seems like we shouldn't experience another leak. The bad: I think the plumber being a nice guy and being on good terms with us almost ended up with us spending triple the amount we needed to. I legit even asked for this guy to come back and do the job because I thought he was trustworthy. We had a leak in our ceiling due to an eroded pipe. We were given a rough cost to replace the pipe and we had cleaning services gut our kitchen to give him access. He needed more access to the pipes, so the cleaning services had to gut even more of our kitchen. Then he started to tell us that we needed to replace the entire piping in our kitchen and essentially tear the entire wall down and take out everything. All of a sudden, what we thought was a reasonable price/fix, turned into a $5K-6K plumbing job plus whatever we'd have to pay out of pocket for drywall repairs because our insurance wasn't going to cover this additional work. It took me crying and having a breakdown to get him to just fix the problem that brought him to our house in the first place. The sad part is that we even talked about how companies will take advantage of vulnerable people... It just felt very icky to me.

I had someone come out the same day I called to look at my old water heater that wasn’t working. No surprise, it needed to be replaced. I had wanted to go to a tankless system for ages so I was half hoping/half dreading the day my tank water heater would die. Nathan and Jonathan came out the next day and removed my old tank and installed the beauty pictured. Both guys were friendly and professional and did not leave any mess behind when they left. And with a 10 year warranty I feel safe in knowing any issues that might pop up over time will be dealt with. I also had my central air replaced by J&A. I received a discount because I had gotten my water heater replaced by them a few days prior. The person who came out to give me an estimate was very thorough in going through my options. The team who came out to install my AC were unfortunately unable to compete the job by the end of the day. J&A gave me a $500 discount for their error and sent someone out first thing Monday to fix the issue. The original team then returned to finish charging the new AC and to walk me through everything I would need to know. Everyone was very nice and professional. And once again there was no mess left at the end of the project.
