I called them to fix a dishwasher that would not start. They snaked the sink drain, thinking that that was the reason why the dishwasher was getting backed up and not starting. $330. As soon as they leave, the dishwasher still will not start, and is still backing up. The sink was not clogged and was not backing up into the dishwasher. I later got another company to fix my dishwasher, they replaced a gasket and an inlet valve, and the dishwasher stopped backing up, and started working. I requested a partial refund from Leblanc. They agreed to give me $75 back. Which was fine. It has been 3 months and they have refused to make things right. Refuse to pay me the partial refund they agreed to pay. So, not only will they do useless work to your house that does not work, they will also not give you the smallest refund when their service does not work. Extrememly unprofessional. Very childish. Do not use this company,

I've been using Randy and his crew for about 20 years to maintain personal and rental properties in Baton Rouge. I moved away about 8 years ago and still...... all the way from Tucson, AZ..... there is no one I trust more to help maintain my properties. I refuse to use any other plumber!!

The folks at Leblanc Plumbing are not only experts at their craft, but are also the best kind of people. Honest. Hard-working. Thorough.

Refused to give me a written quote. Called numerous times about getting a written quote but never did receive one. Went with another another plumber and he was $700 cheaper for the same work. Beware.

I won't ever hire another plumber again. These are just polite people that know their job well.
