I had a great experience with Lance Maxwell plumbing! They scheduled me quickly, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s not easy finding reliable service these days, but I’ll definitely be using them again if I ever need plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend!

Max Santiago and his partner came right on time and quickly fixed my toilet problem. They were professional, courteous and friendly. I have used Lance Maxwell many time for my personal home and rental properties; they are always reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Lance Maxwell Plumbing did an amazing job re-seating out undermount sink, re-plumb the sink pipes and snake our drain. Jacob did a great job. He was very detailed with his work, thorough, efficient and cleaned up the space. Very happy with the work. Definitely recommend Lance Maxwell Plumbing. Safety, patience, professionalism & trust. (Honest prices too!) I can’t even explain how bad the gas leak situation was -that we were in by the time I found Lance-Maxwell in Orange Park… almost immediately after calling, Max and Corey arrived. Both were honest about what was happening, extremely courteous & patient with my worries and questions and having to consult with my husband who was 7 states away and respectful of our home. After spending an unplanned entire day searching for the gas leak that was extremely prevalent in our home. They were here ALL DAY searching for this leak and trying not to tear up the walls- (which was going to be the next step if the leak wasn’t found) A solution and a plan of execution were established and before leaving they made positive we could cook again (having small grandchildren living with us this was 100 appreciated!) and today- the very next day- the new equipment is being installed, new lines ran and our home will be safe for our family again and TRUST that it was done right. I couldn’t be happier with a company and being in commercial construction for the last 28 years- using hundreds of subcontractors- that’s a rare thing to find in companies anymore! Hire them. You won’t be disappointed.

Jacob was great! Helpful, knowledgeable, kind. Offered to fix a few small things that we also needed done and that saved me time since they were already here. Very polite and kind and I definitely appreciated them keeping me informed and updated!
