He gave me 3 options for solutions, talked through each one, and made me feel confident in his expertise. Before booking, I called for clarification. Whoever I spoke with reassured me, answered my questions, and was very kind. The repair process was painless. I am very pleased!

We had Jonathan service our plumbing needs and he is excellent, polite, professional and respectful. Jonathan is the man! He was able to come to my house and diagnose the issues I was having with my Shower as well as help me get a toilet installed. I cut my hand while doing a remodel, so having King Rooter send out a tech to help me complete some work at my home was greatly appreciated.
