We had an incredible experience with Kavanaugh’s Plumbing Company here in Chicago. Our technician, Henry, was absolutely top-tier. He showed up right on time, immediately diagnosed the issue, and handled a major leak in both our laundry room and garage with skill and professionalism. Henry isn’t just experienced—he’s a master of his craft with over 30 years in the plumbing industry. You can tell he truly cares about doing things the right way. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe, secure, and up to standard before wrapping up the job. You don’t come across tradespeople like Henry often. If anyone at Kavanaugh’s deserves a raise or promotion, it’s him. He represents the company in the best possible way. Highly recommend

Henry at kavana's plumbing is great I was looking to find a plumber that could help me repair a bath room sink.so I called Kavanas at 10:00 pm .an henry answer the phone and I explained to him that I was having a problem with my bath room sink .he told me take a picture of the the faucet . and the next day he came out and was able to explain the issues that I needed to have the repair done Henry was very professional an courteous and very knowledgeable and did a great job. he did above and beyond because he was able to let me know about other issues that I will need to have him repair so if you need to have any plumbing problems repaired. make sure you call Henry at kavana's plumbing .Thank you Henry you did a great repair will be calling you to take care of the other issues that I need to have repaired Charles Long

Great experience. Henry fixed 2 leaking gas valves that our gas company detected. He was timely, found economical solutions, tested everything thoroughly, and restarted our appliances. He also recommended several potential future systems improvements and walked me through some general maintenance checks. Definitely recommend!

Great service.. extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.. walked me thru my issue over the phone. I was able to resolve my problem without having to pay for a technician to come out to my house. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone I know. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with..
