Ericks friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant for something that wasn’t a so pleasant job (switching out the ejector pump). Not only did they complete the scheduled work, but they also checked other potential problem areas and offered helpful maintenance and even grabbed an extra part from his truck and fixed a different problem we didn’t even know existed.
