Jason O is very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job on the replacement of my water heater. He explained everything along the way and helped me make the right decisions. The process could not have been easier. The only way it could have been better was if it were free. MB Heating and Cooling was the right choice and Jason was a pleasure to work with, I look forward to working with him in the future. Hopefully not too soon though. 😉

This was my first time calling MB Heating & Cooling for HVAC maintenance, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I had a concern about a possible gas leak, and Jacob C. came out today to check it out. Thankfully, there was no gas leak—what a relief! Jacob was professional, thorough, and reassuring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and agreed that the smell seemed more like a sewer issue rather than anything related to gas. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. Great experience overall—I’ll definitely call MB Heating & Cooling again in the future! New update: I had the pleasure of having Jay S. come out to service my home, and I can honestly say he was the sweetest and most professional technician I’ve ever met. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions with patience, and even gave me some really helpful advice. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile! I highly recommend this company—and Jay in particular—for anyone needing plumbing service. They’ve definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be using them for all of my future needs!

Outstanding Service During a Heat Wave! Our AC went out right in the middle of a brutal heat wave (of course), and MB came out the same day I called. I told them I suspected we needed a whole new unit because there was a burning smell. They could have easily agreed and sold me one—but instead, Zach, who was just fantastic, said, "Let’s take a look first." He quickly diagnosed the problem: a burned-out compressor. He immediately gave me a very reasonable price quote, had the part on hand, and had us back up and running with cold air in under an hour. I was seriously impressed—not only with how fast and professional he was, but also with the honesty. He didn’t try to upsell or push anything unnecessary. Zach was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. MB will absolutely be our first call from now on, and we’ll be hoping they send Zach again. Thank you, MB!

We've used MB Heating and Cooling multiple times since moving into our house. I'm truly blown away each time by how great their staff is. They are great about getting someone out quickly and we've had great experiences with their team. When we first moved in, we had another company out before calling MB and they said we'd have to repipe the entire house to fix our issue. We got a second opinion from MB and worked with Jay. He was absolutely WONDERFUL. I know nothing about plumbing or anything of the sort and he explained everything in a way I understood and was able to relay the information to my husband who couldn't be there. We trusted Jay's evaluation and felt like he was really trying to solve our problem where the other company felt like they were just trying to take advantage of our situation. Turns out, Jay was right and got the problem fixed! We were having other work done around the same time and my husband and I kept joking that we wished our fence guy was more like Jay - attentive, honest, informative! We just used MB again this week when our AC wasn't working. We worked with Jacob and he was great, too! We called over a weekend and got through to the emergency line. We determined it wasn't an emergency and could wait for a time during the week. They had someone out to us Monday afternoon. Jacob fixed our issue. Thanks, team at MB we've been quite impressed and will continue to use MB for future issues.

This company is great! Installed a new water heater for me. Josh W did the quote. He was friendly and professional. He did not try and upsell me and was technical with the reasoning for the quotes he provided. No "These are just better, trust me" from him. I had Jason O and another gentleman doing my install. Both were very friendly and technically proficient. We had a nice chat about the importance of several of the upgrades that came included with my install such as the expansion tank and I left feeling confident and more informed. I was so happy with their service I decided to sign up for the monthly service package to have my water heater, drains, faucets, and all sorts of things inspected and maintained. I already signed up with them to care for my furnace and AC so it made sense to get this as well. They even offer a discount for that! Thank you, guys! You do great work!
