This company was very quick to respond to our call. I called their after hours number, my phone call was returned the next morning and a technician was at my home by 1 pm! They are very reasonably priced! I appreciate that this is a family owned and operated business- it shows. I spoke to one of the owners (Shane) the very first time I called and he was extremely professional, nice, and knowledgeable. I had a sewage line issue and while this is a crazy and messy thing to have done, they got it done quickly and effectively!

My dishwasher was leaking. They were really quick and did a great job, suggested adding a t split to make it easier going forward, and the price was perfectly reasonable. Will use them again.

I called Rick Rays Plumbing on a Friday evening because both of my toilets were clogged. They told me that they would have someone out there in a couple of hours. The professional service technician Joey Reached out to me and I explained to him what was going on he reassured me that he’s fairly certain that he would be able to take care of my problem. He came and worked very hard and very quickly to clean out the sewer under both toilets and got me back to where they were properly working again. Joey Gave me a call after it was completed and explained everything very thoroughly to me why he thinks this happened Due to the house was not lived in for a few months and prior partial blockage. I have used Rick Ray before and they are upfront and honest they do not try to add work where it’s not necessary. It’s very hard to find professional people anymore that will be upfront and honest with you and not want to add things for an up charge! Craig provided an estimate for plumbing a basement bathroom with a shower. Gave reasonable expectations for Timelines and for costs. Brian K. was the main technician working on the job. Brian was an ultimate professional. Very communicative and willing to answer questions and explain what he was doing throughout the process. He had a newer tech working with him, who was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better team onsite. In the office, Sandy and Rhonda were helpful in answering questions and providing insights when needed. Total time from estimate to completion of the job was less than two weeks. Still can’t believe it was THAT smooth! Would definitely recommend Rick Ray Plumbing team. Would work with them again — but they did such a great job— I don’t think I’ll need their services!
