My service technician was Brett Davis and he was great! Super friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with Brett in my home and he ensured I was well apprised of all the concerns and issues with my AC unit. He’s seems very honest and forthcoming. He worked really hard to find a solution for my particular problems.

Kirk was very personable and handy. He explained all the repairs to me, understood my limited budget, and presented my options clearly. I was very impressed by the speed of service. My 2 year old was very interested in the work truck and entire project. Kirk took the time to show my son some tools and explain the process to us both. He even gave me detailed Father’s Day bike advice when I asked for it. Would definitely trust Mike Willems company for our future needs.

Kirk came out was punctual and knowledgeable. He advise me of all the things that were needed to repair/replace the piping in the house. He shut off the water to spare me the huge water bill. Even though we couldn’t move forward with the needed repairs he was still transparent about the cost and condition of the pipes will definitely choose the business again in the future.

Kirk came out and did an absolute amazing job on our faucet sink. He replaced a 20+ year old faucet that the water pressure was barely present and the water spout was so hard move. Now with the new faucet those worries are gone, we now have a working sink! 😃 😊 😀

I recently just closed on a manufactured home and ridge village park Springfield Illinois but never bothered to test the AC unit until the power and gas was out of the parks name and into mines and I didn’t think to turn it on just because the fact all I was doing at the moment was moving my things into the home, I wasn’t even sleeping there just yet but the time came to where I eventually got Ameren out here to make the transition and come to find out my AC didn’t work :( I Called this company off a leap of faith hoping that they could get to the bottom of it and they responded with a investigation team Austin and Nick who figured out that my home DOESN’T EVEN HAVE THE WIRING/COILS/HARDWARE to even RECEIVE AC and that my furnace isn’t even high enough off the ground to even receive AC on top of the brand I have was Discontinued in 2012. The 2 guys Austin and Nick were able to temporarily switch things around so that could at least have the fan system going which lead them to inform me that I would need to get a entirely new updated AC unit installed and that I could get a free quote just for that from the company that responded hours later with another member of the company to do that in a timely manner as well.
