I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex and Adam from Justin the Plumber, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable in their craft. They took the time to explain the work needed, answered all my questions with patience, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and respect for my home, they kept the work area clean, protected my floors, and made sure everything was tidy before they left. The quality of their work was top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in doing the job right the first time. Alex and Adam turned what could have been a stressful plumbing situation into a smooth, stress-free experience. I’m grateful for their expertise and outstanding service, and I’ll absolutely call Justin the Plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Fast, Professional Service – Just Be Sure to Confirm Pricing of Any Add-Ons. I had a really positive experience with Justin the Plumber. I originally called a different company, but they couldn’t come until Monday. They actually referred me to this company because with a whole-house clog and weekend guests on the way, I needed help ASAP. Justin the Plumber was able to send someone out within 30 minutes, which was a huge relief. Alex and Adam were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn’t even mind my American Bully following them around to “supervise,” which he really appreciated. They explained my options clearly and even tried the simpler, cheaper fix first. Unfortunately, the more extensive (and pricier) solution was needed, but they got it done quickly and efficiently. While they were there, I also asked them to replace a backyard spigot. I didn’t ask for the price upfront, assuming it would be similar to one I had replaced last year for about $75. It ended up being $250. I was grateful that they applied a discount and brought it down to $175. However I still felt that part was high, especially compared to the $495 for the main job, which a plumber friend of mine said was fair and typical. Overall, I was really happy with the service. Alex and Adam made the process smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely use this company again—I will just make sure to confirm pricing on any add-on work in advance.

Amazing company to work with. They have done service at both my office and my home. Office staff is always super friendly (Jenna is the best)! Vinny came out to my office today. I got a text letting me know he was on his way, and arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and listened to all the issues we were experiencing. Came up with great solutions and offered to get us back on the schedule quickly. Would recommend this company to all my family and friends!

The good news is Alex and Errol were true pros and did a wonderful job for us. They were quick, efficient and very cordial. We would recommend them and Justin’s Plumbing without hesitation. If there was anything that was a bit of a challenge was the price for a one hour job and minimum parts. Almost shockingly expensive. That said, if you want a job done right the first time and work guaranteed, I suppose this is what you have to expect. Update… I needed to call Justin‘s plumbing back because we noticed the drains were not centered and we were worried about an eventual leak. They came out again no problem, no charge and fixed it. Thank you guys for backing up your work!

This is my second time using Justin the Plumber, they will always be my first ( and probably only) call if I have any plumbing issues. They are quick to schedule and reasonably priced. Vincent did a great job today, made extra sure there was no leaking and cleaned up perfectly. 10/10 recommend!
