We needed a new water heater installed. We contacted Home Depot about a new water heater. They then put us in contact with J&P Plumbing. Both Paige and Aaron were amazing to work with. We could’ve not have asked for better service.

Our water heater (from 1983) blew its drain spigot off at 430 AM and we contacted Home Depot for a Install and haul away services. The turn around was less than 24 hours. Aaron, from JP, arrived promptly at 10 AM (2 hour window was from 10 to 12) and was personable, informative, and professional. The install took 2 hours and he hauled the old unit away all on his own. He complimented our collections of memorabilia, Nightmare Before Christmas and other franchises along with a great conversation about movies and other media. Prior to all this he answered all my questions about the old unit and the new one. Then humored my request to inspect the unit as my husband had a list for me to make sure everything was in order. He cleaned up any mess made and advised me 45min. until hot water (les then) and if any issues call and they will send someone out to help. Price was right, and service was top tier. Thank you for taking care of us, you've earned a new customer!

We had JP Plumbing do some work for a bathroom remodel (tub to shower conversion) and they did great work. Today I had a sewage backup and called in a pinch...Daughter is having a bday party tomorrow. They understood the assignment....got her quickly and fixed the problem. VERY satisfied!!!

I adore this company. We learned that they did a huge plumbing project in our basement before we moved in. We had them install our water softner and call on them as our goto when the plumbing in this old home of ours gives us issues. They are always on time, helpful and professional. The owner Joe makes sure all pojects move smoothly. This company will also be installing our water heater and fixing our old bathtub. Thanks for everything.
