The Service man ( Chris ) arrived quickly, within the half hour projected window. Chris was professional and friendly and explained all his procedures and the rationale for them. He was very neat and cleaned up so as you would not even know I had service done. Services were reasonable, tell them you are a new customer. All in all a 5 star ⭐️ experience. Much thanks.

Had Eyman Plumbing do a toilet repair. The tech was absolutely great. The entire process was really good from scheduling to arrival notification and timeliness of the work. Tech was neat, efficient and friendly. Second time using this company and both experiences were very good. Highly recommend.

I have been an Eyman customer for a long time. I was a union Pipefitter for 36 years. That is why I only do business with union companies. Had a water heater replaced. The 2 young men seemed to know what they were doing. I monitor all aspects of work being performed. My motto is, I won’t pay full price for half-assed. In the pics you can see that they didn’t control the water in the area. If I hadn’t been watching over them the cabinet would have been ruined. Respect for customer property should be Priority 1!!!!!! They said they reached out to me which is an outright lie. No one reached out to me. They have my phone number. So that’s why I changed my review from 4 to 3 stars.

Our A/C went out during some of the hottest days of the summer. Eyman sent a guy out right away. We had to order some parts, but they got us up and running. They came back with the parts and finished everything up correctly. Professional, polite and explained everything. Highly recommended!

Alex was fantastic. Very kind, patient, and thorough. Spent time educating me on both my current problem as well as additional things to watch/monitor for in the future to prevent major and minor problems moving forward. Very genuine person and was honest about my issue and what the reasonable options were to consider for repair/fix. Never once got the impression he was trying to sell me on unnecessary services or options. Great guy and representative for this company; I can’t can’t speak highly enough of him and this company. Will be using them again for any additional plumbing services I need in the future as well as recommending them to others in the area (friends/family). Thank you so much for such quality and honest service you provided. Keep up the stellar work and don’t ever change as this is exactly what I was hoping to receive and was not disappointed.
