We recently converted from oil to gas heat. We chose to go with a combo heater/hot water heater. We couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. John & his team arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable. Not only was the work done efficiently, but everything was also cleaned up afterward—like they were never there! What stood out the most was their attention to detail and the time they took to explain everything clearly. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work, excellent customer service, and integrity so well. We highly recommend John Snyder Plumbing to anyone needing reliable plumbing services. I called John Snyder Plumbing & Heating due to a leak that had developed in my upstairs bathroom and was dripping through to the floor below. I forget the name of the woman who took my phone call. She was super polite, kind spoken, and able to find me help with urgency. Xavier C was assigned to come out to my house call. He was very informative and professional the whole time he was here. He respected the fact that I had pets and children around the house and he made sure to hear my concerns and offered me a solution which would fit my needs. The whole time Xavier was here, he showed consideration to care for my house. This was my first time working with John Snyder Plumbing & Heating and it was a great one. I would definitely welcome Xavier back should I ever need additional plumbing work.

I always have trouble even just getting someone to come out and give an estimate. Anthony and team at Snyder Plumbing & Heating were not only very quick to come do an estimate, but very responsive to get things scheduled to be done. Everyone who came to the house was professional and helpful. Some further plumbing complications arose during the drain repair, but they did a great job working with me and putting in the extra effort to resolve it. I will definitely call them again when needed and recommend them to others.

Xavier did a fantastic job replacing our outdoor hose connection. Easy to work with and very efficient. John also recently fixed our water pressure for the entire house. They are our go to and they’ve helped us out quite a bit recently.

Xavier Is very knowledgeable. He’s very hands-on very focus and getting his work done. This is the second time he’s come to my home and he’s always been manageable, polite and very professional.
