We were especially grateful that they were available on a Sunday and willing to come out the same day to check our water heater. Brendan, who turned out to be the owner, took the time to explain all our options and even suggested we wait until the next day for a model that would better fit our family’s needs. There was no pushy sales talk at all—just honest advice and clear plumbing know-how. We really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and quick response. I recently had a great experience with Joel's Finest Plumbers. They repaired water leaks in our bathroom by replacing the old valves and copper pipes. During the job, they discovered more work was needed, but didn't charge us extra, even though it took extra time and effort. I was very happy about that. Brendan, the technician, was very professional, worked quickly, and had a positive attitude. Herbert, who oversees the team, really stands behind their work and staff. Outstanding plumbing service! We kept finding water all over the laundry room floor whenever we ran the washer, and the drains in our kitchen sink and bathtub were moving so slowly it was a real headache. The first plumber we called told us our pipes were falling apart and said the only fix would be to break through the foundation—an expensive and stressful idea. I decided to get another plumber out for a second look. Brendan showed up and worked hard for a couple of hours, cleaning out almost every pipe in our house. He even got up on the roof and cleared out the vent, which we were told wasn’t even there before! After Brendan finished, all our plumbing issues vanished. The laundry room stayed dry, and now our kitchen sink and bathtub drain fast and smooth, just like they should. Most importantly, I’m not worried anymore about having to pay for a huge foundation repair or pipe replacement. Brendan really saved the day for us. Matthew from Joel's Finest Plumbers came by to take a look at our plumbing. He inspected everything quickly and gave us honest advice. We decided to swap out our old battery backup for the main sump pump, but didn’t need to replace the newer sump pump. The replacement was done really well, and Matthew even made a custom cover for the sump pit, which looks super professional now. He also cleared out an outdoor faucet that had frozen and was the only one who figured out what was causing low water pressure in our kitchen. Instead of an expensive fix, it turned out to be a simple $25 part. We’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing work.
