Josh was very transparent about any issues he saw and solution options. He relayed best and worst-case scenarios so I wouldn't be caught by surprise. The project will involve a contractor and he was very willing to work out details to make it a smooth process. His 2 assistants were also very pleasant and communicative.

JDM plumbing came to inspect a venting issue in my house, and I have to say they went ABOVE AND BEYOND! It's one thing to have a good, competent plumber, but it is exceptional to have one who can explain to you the situation and offer options without pressuring a decision to be made right that moment. They were not the cheapest option--I've had several plumbers come for this issue--but they were the right option. Others did a partial investigation or even gave me incorrect diagnoses, but JDM came, investigated and finally gave me piece of mind. You won't regret hiring them.

Exceptional and timely service. Very professional and friendly. Skilled and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. They replaced all of the pipes in our house in 2021 when we had a flood and today they replaced our water heater. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Today when the plumber’s arrives they were also professional and went right to work and completed my installation on a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company. Also reasonable pricing. I called them back for another appointment because I needed assistance in turning off my water sprinkler. They were kind and professional.
