Jag Plumbing & Drains

Started my upstairs dormer renovations and that involved getting the drainage situated for the new bathroom. Well I couldn’t be happier with the results. Zach and Chris were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Will definitely be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Hired JAG Plumbing & Drains to unclog a drain. They got their sewer snake stuck in my line, abandoned it, and left my pipes blocked. When I asked for their insurance info (listed on their business card), they refused. I had to pay thousands to another plumber to fix the mess. They ignored legal demand letters and the Ohio Attorney General. Unprofessional, unaccountable — would not recommend.

Zack and Joe did a great job. What started as a leak on an elbow turned into a bigger project with my boiler and refrigerator line. They stayed until the job was done. Very respectful. Showed me their progress. Gary was also honest with the pricing too. I'll keep coming back to use these guys always

Truck with license number PKR7810 on 7/3/25 swerved across all lines of traffic on the interstate and almost wrecked multiple vehicles including ours we have two kids including a 1 month old. He then proceeded to pull up next to our vehicle to cuss, wave, yell and flip off my husband! Not sure of the services they provide but whoever was driving this truck today should not be!

These young men rock! (Jack, Robbie and Jacoby)! They were respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and fast. My husband and I are very pleased and recommend calling them for all your plumbing needs. To our relief, they made a stressful situation disappear 🙂
