Rooter Man, LLC

I called this company when my sewer backed up into the back shower and toilet on a Saturday. They were so courteous and kind, and told me there was already a technician in my neighborhood! The technician arrived within 2 hours of my phone call and was so gracious. Joel was able to identify the issue, and he also found another underlying issue. Joel was so polite and knowledgeable. He expertly answered all of my questions in a very courteous and professional manner. I also had a toilet stop flushing, and I had a second technician come to fix that issue. Ryan was just as kind and professional. I have had very pleasant experiences with this company and they have gained a customer for life in me.

We needed to have several toilets replaced and our kitchen sink repaired. Rooter Man provided a fair and detailed estimate. They were also far more responsive than the other companies I contacted. The technician arrived when scheduled and completed all the work during the visit. He was professional and very courteous. We would definitely use Rooter Man again.

I was so pleased with their prompt response and effort to arrive at my home as quickly as possible! They did excellent work with a great attitude and the price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend Rooter Man for any plumbing issue and will certainly be using them again. Great company! 😊

Don't bother. Two months ago we got a main pipe unclogged and were told it would last years, and here we are. We had another clog last week (which isn't the actual issue with them, I understand things happen and was going to pay again for service) and made an appointment with 4 days between then and the appointment. The time frame was 3-5pm. We then had no communication up until 430pm so we decided to call our selves. (Red flag) They then told us no one was coming out. FIRST of all , why were we not contacted. After we explained they should have called they said someone will be here within the hour. 2 hours have passed and no communication, no answering of phones, GHOSTED. I understand after storms things get overwhelming, however, there were days between the agreed appointment, and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. I'm pregnant and I need to be able to use the bathroom. For shame on this company and their lack of accountability, communication and honesty. I have never written a bad review, though there is a first for everything.

Our experience with Rooter Man LLC was great. Ryan and Brysen were knowledgeable and professional. They were able to fit us in on the same day. They got right to work. Thank you. Great job. Will use them again for our plumbing needs.
