We hired Iwig to replace our main sewer line and from beginning to end it was quality work with very transparent people. Jennifer was quick with scheduling a quote and easy to work with regarding deposit and final payment. Tommy, Kevin, and Tim were very hard working, quick, and professional. Even when unexpected issues rose up they were quick to address them with me, present options for solutions, and handled the fix with ease. Of course my back yard is in shambles now but that’s to be expected! I can’t and won’t fault them for that. It’s less for me to mow! Haha I’d recommend Iwig to anyone looking for quality work at a competitive price. Thanks, guys!

I hired this company to replace my main sewer line. A total disaster they ruined my whole backyard. I had to hire an excavator company to come in and smooth out my yard. They destroyed my in-ground sprinkler lines which I expected to happen but did not fix told me it was my responsibility. Put a hole in my utility shed but said they didn’t damage but there was a pile of dirt by the hole. They did the damage. Quality work is not their strong point. They were the lowest estimate but with all the extra expenses they caused me they are way over the highest estimate. I would not recommend this company for sewer replacement

I filled out Iwig's online estimate form, after learning from the local Rural Water Dept that we had an underground leak in our service line. I was so "wigged out" that I mistyped my own phone number. Jennifer, Iwig's Office Manager I believe, called the number on the form, of course being the wrong number, and then emailed me right away to learn how to get in touch with me. First of all - she responded so quickly to the online form I couldn't believe it, and then, when she learned I used the wrong number, she didn't stop trying to get a hold of me. I appreciated her urgency and persistence! When we got on the phone, Jennifer was very calm and helpful, but also acted with urgency. She stayed in constant communication with me throughout! The owner, Tommy, came first thing the next morning to prepare a free estimate. When we realized that morning before he arrived that water was actually coming into our house, I emailed him to let him know and ask how quickly they might be able to complete the work. This was at approximately 6:30am, and he emailed me back within 30 minutes to let me know they would prioritize our call and be able to complete the work that next morning. Kevin and Tim arrived on time and were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and contienscious. As a stay-at-home mom home by myself that day, I never once felt uncomfortable with them around. I actually felt the opposite - very comfortable, at ease, and reassured. I have had other service professionals in our home (from other companies), and at times have called my husband to ask him to come home, just because the servicemen made me uncomfortable. That was definitely not the case today. Tim was so careful with our lawn and landscaping, and really did an incredible job keeping everything in tact as much as possible. He helped me by digging up the two large, established shrubs that were in the way, and moved them over to the side of the yard that I was actually wanting to move them to, anyway! When all of the work was done, Tim not only moved the dirt very thoroughly, he even cleaned up our street. Kevin answered all of my questions about the water coming back on, and a few follow up questions I had about potential future services. He was very patient and thorough. Kevin also made sure that our basement area was cleaned up after the work. For what it's worth I also appreciated that they did not leave any trash on our property, and I did not see that they were smoking, etc. In the past, I have had people leave cigarette buds on the ground, etc. Kevin and Tim were really just wonderful! I appreciated how Tommy, as a local business owner, who I am sure is serving many, many customers and meeting countless needs, emailed me back very quickly and early (7am) the morning we learned the water was coming into our house. I also appreciated that the final total cost matched the estimate. I know that isn't always possible since there can be unexpected things that come up, but I appreciated that it was possible this time and Iwig stayed true to the estimate.

I contacted Iwig plumbing on a Monday morning and was promptly responded to by the most helpful Jennifer. She let me know they would be by that afternoon. Christian came and immediately diagnosed the problem and I was scheduled the next day for repairs. I was so impressed and thankful for the excellent service. Iwigs are very reputable and do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was quick to get Christian to my office (next day). He came prepared with the correct flush valve for the urinal. Water main to the building was only off for 3 or 4 minutes. Minimal down time to Topeka Pediatrics and Pineapple Dream. Exemplary service from Iwig Plumbing!! Sorry, no photos, since my urinal looks a lot like all the all the rest…..
